Furniture items are shipped free to Melbourne Metro, delivery
charges apply for out of metro Melbourne and other States in Aust for metro areas. Some rural areas may incur an additional charge if out of the metro delivery areas. Furniture is not shipped outside of Australia.

Il Tutto will advise customers if goods are not available or delayed in delivery.

Important Note: Our warehouse is closed on weekends and all Melbourne public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be dispatched the next working day. 

Shipping within Australia

Free Shipping is available for all smaller accessory orders over $99 (AUD) Australia wide, this excludes furniture items. For furniture delivery please see our fees table further down this page. Free delivery is for Melbourne metro only.

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, within Australia - of $10.50 flat rate for accessory orders under $99 (AUD). These accessory orders are sent throughout Australia via Australia Post EParcel service and standard delivery times apply. We may decide to use a courier service other than Australia post for larger items or out of the way areas. 

You will be updated via email with your order dispatch details and online tracking once your order is on its way to you. A signature may be required on delivery. If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mailbox with details on how to organise re-delivery/collection from Aust Post.

Please allow 1-7 working days for your Il Tutto order to arrive at your door-step. Delivery lead times depend on which state you live. 

Below is a table of estimated delivery transit times for Australia Post, once your order leaves our warehouse. Our warehouse is closed on weekends and all public holidays.

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been delivered. Or orders requested for 'Authority to Leave' on delivery.

Shipping of Furniture Items

Important Furniture Delivery Information:
For all our bulky furniture items we currently offer a flat rate shipping fee for a ‘Standard’ delivery service. Our standard delivery service is carried out by an external courier company which is a one-man delivery service to the front door on ground level, no flights of stairs. 
 
We can also offer a ‘Premium’ delivery service which is available to most metro areas. The Premium delivery service includes a two men delivery team, time slotted delivery, up one flight of stairs (if required).
If you require our premium delivery service, please email us for a quote.

 

We offer free delivery on furniture items to Melbourne metro, out of metro Melbourne areas will incur a delivery fee. Flat rate to other metro areas as per the below table.

The rates below will cover most metro areas Australia Wide, however in some areas there may be an additional shipping charge if your location is out of the metro delivery area. Free Melbourne Metro Shipping – Nursery Chairs

Enjoy free delivery for any of our Nursery Chairs ordered online in Melbourne metro areas, including all Melbourne Metropolitan Suburbs. Our furniture is loved and cared for by our friendly driver Darren, who will ensure you’re left happy & satisfied by our delivery service. Darren will contact you via sms within 5 days of your online order with a timeframe of delivery, which will be from 2 – 7 days from the time he contacts you and will deliver your Chair straight to your door.

Metro Melbourne Delivery ETA:

Day 1 - Online order made + confirmation email

Day 2 – 5 - Text message with delivery ETA (within 5 days)

Day 5 – 10 – Home delivery (between 2 – 7 days after text message confirmation).For this demonstration, we are using banana & milk as our reflux.

Shipping within New Zealand

Free Shipping is available for all Nappy Bag orders over $99 (AUD) throughout New Zealand. Furniture items are not shipped outside of AUST.


Il Tutto International Pty Ltd offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, for delivery within New Zealand of $15.00 flat rate for orders under $99 (AUD). 

Orders are sent throughout New Zealand via Australia Post EParcel/NZ Post service and standard delivery times apply. We may decide to use a courier service other than Australia/NZ post for larger items or out of the way areas. 

You will be updated via email with your order dispatch details and online tracking once your order is on its way to you. You can also check the status of your order when you create an account when you place your order. 

A signature may be required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you won't be home to sign for your delivery. If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box with details on how to organise re-delivery.

Returns Policy

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order by giving notice to Il Tutto immediately, which ideally should be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible and at times your order may already be on its way to you within 24hrs. If your order has been paid for and not yet dispatched you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

However if your order has already been dispatched you must follow the returns terms below.

Returns and Exchanges

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd guarantees that you have ordered a quality product that you will love. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. *excludes Final Sale/Outlet items. 

In order to be eligible for a refund you must contact Il Tutto International Pty Ltd with in 30 days of purchase and we can only refund money paid less any shipping/courier/postage fees. Goods are to be in new and unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. 

We are happy to arrange a courier booking for the return of your item and the average cost for most metro areas is $25 to return a CoZee, larger furniture items such as Nursery Chairs, Cots or Chests incur a higher return fee depending on your location. The return fees will be quoted to you at the time of arranging your return.

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, the item(s) must be returned: 

  1. Within 30 days of purchase; 
  1. Unused with the original tags still attached; and 
  1. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes all outer packaging and original carton in undamaged condition.  

Items are to be packaged carefully and posted back at your expense to the return address you will be provided from our customer service team.

All refund applications will be given at the discretion of Il Tutto management. 

We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if: 

  • The return was made after 30 days 
  • The products are marked, damaged or show signs of use 
  • The products are not returned in their original and undamaged packaging 
  • The items were advertised in our Outlet category at time of purchase 

We will contact you if any items are not eligible for a refund.

Final Sale - Items purchased on Final Sale/Clearance are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Returns for faulty Items 

If you believe an item to be faulty, Il Tutto International Pty Ltd will gladly repair, exchange, refund or store credit in accordance with the following process: 

  1. Please call us on 1300 780 548 to discuss the process or email us through our contacts page on our website. We will ask you to provide a copy of your order receipt and video/images of the fault. 
  1. If your item is still covered by our warranty, we may arrange a spare part to be sent to you or a return courier or postage label for you to return your Il Tutto item back to our office if required. If your item is out of the warranty period, we are still very happy to assist with any repairs although there will be a charge for spare parts to be sent to you.  
  1. If your Il Tutto item is returned back to us, it will then be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome by our customer service team. 
  1. All returns/repairs may take approx 10 working days turn around time, from the time we have received your enquiry. 

When returning items we strongly recommended you retain proof of posting.

We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on the web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.
