Delivery Note During Sale Events

During sale events, there may be a delay of up to 7 business days for dispatches due to increased order volumes. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Our product categories include:

  • CoZee Bedside Bassinets

  • Furniture – Cots, Chests, Nursery Chairs & Toddler Beds

At checkout, you’ll be provided with the delivery options available for your area.
Please note, we do not hold orders for later delivery.

Delivery Costs

Delivery rates vary depending on your location and the type of product. To view the most accurate delivery cost for your area, please check the shipping calculator on each product page before checkout.

Regular Delivery to Front Door Service

Our standard delivery is carried out by an external courier service.  This is a delivery to your front door at ground floor level, with Authority to Leave (ATL) and no signature required.

If there is a safe place at your address, the courier will leave your parcel there and mark it as delivered - even if no one is home.

  • Delivery is to the front door at ground level only (no stairs or internal delivery).

  • All orders are sent Authority to Leave (ATL).

  • Please monitor your tracking information regularly for updates.

Apartment deliveries:
If you live in an apartment or unit, please monitor your tracking closely, as our standard service may not allow couriers to access your building. We recommend using an address where someone can accept the delivery if access may be restricted.

What Does 'Authority to Leave' Mean?

All regular deliveries from iL Tutto are sent with Authority to Leave (ATL). This means the courier is authorised to leave your parcel in a safe location at your delivery address even if no one is home at the time of delivery.

  • If there is a safe place available, your parcel will be left there and marked as delivered.

  • Please keep an eye on your tracking number and check regularly for delivery updates.

We recommend choosing an address where someone will be available or where deliveries are safely received.

Room of Choice Delivery Service

Our Room of Choice Delivery is available in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane at an additional charge.
This service is carried out by an external courier team who will contact you with a delivery day and approximate time.

  • Two-person delivery to a room of your choice

  • Customer attendance is required to enable access to the property

Pre-Order Item Delivery

Delivery timeframes apply to in-stock items only.  If your order includes a pre-order item, it will be dispatched soon after the date stated at the time of purchase. Delivery times mentioned above will then apply.

Important Note
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and all Melbourne public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be processed the next business day. All orders are dispatched with Authority To Leave. We do not hold orders for dispatch at a later date.
