The homepage says there could be shipping delays, why are there delays and when can I expect my order to arrive?

Due to the Impact of both Covid 19 and the recent floods in Australia there may be delays in delivering your order. Our courier partners are all taking extra precautions to protect the health and safety of their staff and of course customers which means that delivery times may be impacted. Rest assured, our customer service team will be in contact as soon as we know of any delays. Please refer to our shipping page for delivery estimates.

What delivery options do you offer? What is the difference between standard and delivery PLUS?

Across our iL Tutto website, we offer a range of different categories of product which have different shipping methods and prices by state, but fear not, we'll make it as easy for you to understand before making your purchase.

Our categories consist of:

1. Accessories - including bedding & CoZee accessories

2. CoZee Bedside Bassinets

3. Heavy Furniture - including cots, chests, nursery chairs and
toddler beds.

For each state, we offer different shipping rates for metropolitan
suburbs vs regional suburbs. We want to keep our valued customers happy and satisfied, and we do this by offering excellent product, customer service and to top if off, we offer most Australian metropolitan suburbs free delivery for both the CoZee Bassinets and heavy furniture including all our Nursery Chairs, Cots, Chests and Beds. We also offer free delivery on accessories more than $99.

For regional suburbs that are a little more challenging to access,
it's still free delivery for the CoZee Bassinets however a flat fee charge of $129 for heavy furniture.

The above relates to our Standard Delivery, which is carried out by an external courier company, which is a one-man delivery service to the front door at ground level, no flights of stairs. We understand that this isn't ideal for a lot of our customers who
are expecting a baby and unable to move the heavy item into the desired room such as your baby's nursery.

It's for this reason that we're now offering a 'Delivery PLUS' service, which enables you to book in a desired time for delivery and provides a two-men service, delivering your heavy item direct to your nursery or another
desired room. This service is only available to heavy furniture items.

How do I care for my iL Tutto Nursery Chair fabric?

- Our premium fabrics have stain resistant qualities, but for additional peace of mind we recommend the use of Guardsman Fabric Protector and it’s recommended to re-apply every 2 – 3 years for better protection from wear and tear, spillages, and other messes. You can either get someone to visit your home to professionally spray your chair, or simply buy a spray can from your local supermarket and re-apply yourself. Please ensure no one is in the house when you do, properly cover your face and hands and ideally, leave the chair for 24 hours to properly soak up and dry before using.
- Protect by not placing furniture in direct sunlight and heat, this will ensure a longer last.
- Vacuum your chair regularly to remove the build-up of surface dust.
- Clean up surface stains as soon as possible, being careful not to rub stain into fabric, you can watch our video on removing stains here.
- Use a dabbing motion with a clean section of the cloth for each dab (as shown in our cleaning videos above).
- Do not over wet fabric and allow to dry naturally between repeated spot cleaning procedures.
- Do not machine wash you’re your Chairs fabric.
- Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals on your Chair fabric.

What type of fabrics are available at iL Tutto?

We only offer premium fabrics and luxurious velvets, all of which are exclusive to iL Tutto. All the fabrics and velvets have been tested for wear and tear to ensure it gets you through the messiest of years. Do you price match?

YES! If you find an original Il Tutto product available from an approved stockist at a lower price than our displayed retail price of a current range item, we will happily match the price for you.

How do I return an item?

If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, the item(s) must be returned: 

1. Within 30 days of purchase; 

2. Unused with the original tags still attached; and 

3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition. This includes all outer packaging and original carton in undamaged condition.  

All refund applications will be given at the discretion of Il Tutto management. 

We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if: 

The return was made after 30 days 

The products are marked, damaged or show signs of use 

The products are not returned in their original and undamaged packaging 

The items were advertised in our Outlet category at time of purchase 

We are happy to arrange a courier booking for the return of your item and the average cost for most metro areas is $25 to return a CoZee, larger furniture items such as Nursery Chairs, Cots or Chests incur a higher return fee depending on your location. The return fees will be
quoted to you at the time of arranging your return. 

Items are to be packaged carefully and posted back at your expense to the return address you will be provided from our customer
service team. 

How do I return a faulty item?

If you believe an item to be faulty, Il Tutto International Pty Ltd will gladly repair, exchange, refund or store credit in accordance with the following process:

or email us through our contacts page on our
website. We will ask you to provide a copy of your order receipt and
video/images of the fault.

- If your item is still covered by our warranty,
we may arrange a spare part to be sent to you or a return courier or postage
label for you to return your Il Tutto item back to our office if required.

- If your item is out of the warranty period, we are still very happy to assist with
any repairs although there will be a charge for spare parts to be sent to you

- If your Il Tutto item is returned back to us, it will then be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome by our customer service team

- All return/repairs may take approx 10 working
days turn around time, from the time we have received your enquiry. 

What is covered in the iL Tutto warranty?

iL Tutto furniture items come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required with any warranty claims. For all warranty claims please contact us via phone or email.
We will then advise you on the steps to follow to initiate your warranty
claim. 

The warranty covers any material or manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year (from date of purchase).  

Please ensure your take care to follow the instruction manual when assembling your furniture. This warranty only applies where the product is correctly assembled and used with in accordance with the
user instructions supplied with your item. This warranty will no longer apply where the defect has resulted from improper installation or assembly. 

The warranty will be void if for any reason the product has been altered. 

The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse, negligence, improper use, alterations to any of the finish of the furniture, alterations to the design, or hardware of the furniture.  

This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australia Consumer Law. 

Why are some products pre-order? What is the process and when to expect your pre order delivery?

Any pre-orders made, the ETA date will be outlined on the product page and confirmed in email. This is usually any time from 2 weeks – 3 months, depending on how quickly we can get the item made for you.

What happens if my pre-order date changes on the product page?

No need to stress if you see that the pre order date has changed on the product page. If you’ve made a pre-order already, the date on your pre-order confirmation email is still valid. Il Tutto products are very popular so often we sell through a pre order delivery date, when this
happens you will notice there will be a change in the pre order date on the
product page. This does not mean your expected pre order date has changed. This
date is for all new order only. Your pre order will be on your order confirmation email.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

You may cancel your order by giving notice to Il Tutto immediately, which ideally should be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. We aim to process your orders as quickly as possible and at times your order may already be on its way to you within 24hrs. If your order has been paid for and not yet dispatched you will receive a full refund upon cancellation. 

If your order has already been dispatched you will need to follow the returns process outlined on the returns page.

Are your products covered by a guarantee?

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd guarantees that you have ordered a quality product that you will love. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or offer a refund within 30 days of purchase. *excludes Final Sale/Outlet items

Can I buy small parts / hardware for my product?

iL Tutto does not sell hardware accessories online, however, if you email us at hello@iltutto.com we will be able to assist you   

Can I purchase replacement straps and a new travel bag for my CoZee?

Yes. If you’re needing to replace
your CoZee straps and travel bag, email us at hello@iltutto.com and we will be able to organise this for you

What's the difference between the CoZee standard and the CoZee Breeze along with their mattresses?

Basically, the main difference is the CoZee Breeze comes with rocking legs, is available in two colour options and comes with a breathable CoZee mattress PLUS featuring a mesh cover for more airflow.

The CoZee standard doesn't include rocking legs, is only available in one colour and includes the standard mattress with a cotton blend cover. Both mattresses are made of Corn Fibre, which is a breathable natural fibre to help with body temperature regulation.

A third mattress is also available for both CoZee's, which can be purchased separately, made of all natural fibres including the innovative Coir Coconut Fibre and 100% cotton case.
