How does the adjustable air lumbar support work?
Henry Plus includes a built-in air lumbar cushion that allows you to personalise your lower-back support. Using the internal controller, you can inflate or release the cushion until you find the level of support that feels right for you.

Does Henry Plus require power?
Yes. Henry Plus requires a power connection to operate the electric recline, massage, heat and charging functions.

The power cord is a total of 2.5 meters long. 

What does standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified mean for all our Nursery Chairs?

Is granted authorisation according to STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® to use the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® mark, based on the test report 21.0.84380 STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified products have been tested for harmful substances to protect your health. Tested for Toxic Chemicals. How fast does it take for Henry to reach its full recline position?

It will take 15 seconds for Henry to reach a full recline position.  

Does Henry make noise? If so, is it loud?

We understand when you're in your chair soothing bubs, the last thing you need is a noisy chair to wake up your newborn. For this reason, we designed our Henry chair to be very quiet. The noise is hardly noticeable and won't interrupt your time with your little one. 

Tips on how to best position my Henry Nursery Chair? 

To make sure you experience the most premium comfort that Henry has on offer during your 4th trimester and beyond, avoid sitting your chair right up against your wall. Please allow around 70cm from the wall to make sure Henry is able to fully recline. For power, your Henry chair will need to be positioned within 3 meters from a power point.   

What's the benefit of having the USB port on the outside of the armrest? 

When we designed Henry, functionality and safety were the priority. The USB port and buttons are positioned on the outside of the right-hand armrest so that while you're feeding or soothing your newborn, you’re also able to charge your phone away from your baby, avoiding any unnecessary (and unsafe) tangling. Also avoiding accidentally pressing the recline buttons resulting in chair movement when you least expect it. 

What is the maximum weight capacity for the Henry Nursery Chair? 

Henry has a weight capacity of 130kg.
