Free Shipping is available for all orders over $99 (AUD) Australia wide. 

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd endeavours to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined below are approximate. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, natural disasters etc.) If you need us to track your parcel, or help estimate on approximate arrival time more closely - please call 1300 780 548 or email us via our contacts page.

Il Tutto will advise customers within 2 business days if goods are not available or delayed in delivery.

Shipping within Australia

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, within Australia - of $7.50 flat rate for orders under $99 (AUD). Free Shipping is available for all orders over $99 (AUD) Australia wide.

Orders are sent throughout Australia via Australia Post EParcel service and standard delivery times apply. We may decide to use a courier service other than Australia post for larger items or out of the way areas. 

You will be updated via email with your order dispatch details and online tracking once your order is on its way to you. 

A signature may be required on delivery, we suggest a work address or P.O. Box if you think you won't be home to sign for your delivery. If for some reason, you miss your delivery, you will receive a notification card in your mail box with details on how to organise re-delivery.

Please allow 1-7 working days for your Il Tutto order to arrive at your door step. Delivery lead times depend on which state you live. 

Below is a table of estimated delivery transit times for Australia Post, once your order leaves our warehouse.

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been delivered. Or orders requested for 'Authority to Leave' on delivery.

Shipping outside of Australia - International Orders

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd offers a special postage rate for all orders placed online, for International delivery. Starting at $19 for orders up to 2kgs / $29 for orders up to 4kgs / $49 for all orders over 4kgs. (AUD$). You can estimate the shipping cost of your order once you have added items to your cart, before the checkout process. 

Orders placed for international delivery will be sent via Registered International Post via Australia Post mail service, or via UPS/TNT depending on the size of your order. Delivery will take approximately 3 - 12 working days. 

You will be requested to provide a signature on delivery. We recommend you advise a work address if you think you may not be home to receive your delivery. 

If no one is present to collect the parcel, you will be notified to pick it up from your local post office. This procedure varies in different countries.

Additional postage costs will apply if package is returned to Australia, and needs to be resent.

Returns Policy

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order by giving notice to Il Tutto, which must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. If your order has been paid for and not yet dispatched you will receive a full refund upon cancellation.

However if your order has already been dispatched you must follow the returns and refunds terms below.

Returns and Exchanges

Il Tutto International Pty Ltd guarantees that you have ordered a quality product that you will love. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange or offer a refund with in 30 days of purchase. *excludes Final Sale items. 

In order to be eligible for a refund you must contact Il Tutto International Pty Ltd with in 30 days of purchase and we can only refund money paid less any shipping/courier/postage fees. Goods are to be in new and unused condition with all tags and packaging in tact.

All refund applications will be given at the discretion of Il Tutto management.

We reserve the right to decline an item for a refund if:

  • The return was made after 30 days
  • The products are marked, damaged or show signs of use
  • The products are not returned in their original and undamaged packaging
  • The items were on-sale at time of purchase

We will contact you if any items are not eligible for a refund.

Final Sale - Items purchased on Final Sale/Clearance are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Returns for faulty Items 

If you wish to return faulty items, Il Tutto International Pty Ltd will gladly repair, exchange or refund in accordance with the following process:

  1. Please call us on 1300 780 548 to discuss the return process or email us through our contacts page on our website.
  2. If your item is still covered by our 6 month warranty, we will arrange a return pre-paid postage label for you to return your Il Tutto bag back to our office. If your item is out of the warranty period, you will be required to organise your own postage. Please return the item to Il Tutto within 10 days of notification. 
  3. Your Il Tutto bag will then be assessed and you will be notified of the outcome by our customer service team.
  4. All returns/repairs may take approx 10 working days turn around time, from the time we have received your Il Tutto bag. 

When returning items we strongly recommended you retain proof of posting.  

Important Information

We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on the web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.
