Lucie Trinco Designer / Director
Designer Lucie Trinco knows handbags. With her training honed in Milan, Italy, she spent the last 3 years before starting Il Tutto as Head of Design at Oroton, and has designed handbags for brands such as Jigsaw, Mambo, Fiorelli and Saba. At an age when her friends are having babies, Lucie saw a gap in the market for an on-trend bag that catered to the needs of a new mother. Realising there were no baby bags out there she would want to be seen carrying, Lucie knew she had to do something. "When my friends were begging me to design them a bag with baby features they couldn't find in a cool and luxurious leather handbag, I researched the market, and realised nobody was doing it well. Not everybody wants a gingham bag in blue or pink that screams new mother".
Lucie has been happily married to her husband Mario for 6 years and last year they welcomed their first child, a little girl Francesca. She is passionate about creating luxurious baby bags for mums and continues to come up with new and exciting ideas.
Favourite bag: The Mia in Cream and the Layla in Black "I couldn't choose between the two!!! I use the Mia on weekends and the Layla during the week. I love them both for their numerous external pockets so I always have a spot for my keys, phone, wallet as well as having spare dummies at easy reach."

Clare Condon Sales Manager
Clare began her fashion career at Escada’s London Head Office while on a working holiday in the UK. It was here that she learnt all about quality, luxurious fabrics and amazing design. Home sickness and the arrival of her nieces enticed her home where she joined Oroton as their Sales Manager and forged a long-lasting friendship with Lucie. Another International Fashion opportunity called 3 years later and she found herself selling luxurious Italian fashion brands such as MaxMara and M Missoni into many beautiful fashion boutiques across Australia and New Zealand. An accessories and handbag girl at heart (with a wardrobe bursting with scarves, bags, clothes and boots!!) Clare jumped at the chance to join Lucie and the team at il tutto this year. Always up for a chat and a laugh with her customers, she can also be seen with her shiny Nico running around Australia with a wheely suitcase and spruiking the truly amazing features and benefits of the il tutto collection. She loves anything related to fashion- news, gossip, trends, new hair styles..you name it and she’s on it !
Favourite bag: The Nico in Black "Wow what a bag ! It’s super cool and stylish and I love that it goes with everything I wear- especially my black patent boots for winter! The inside pockets keep me very organised for work with space for my catalogues, notebook, blackberry, ipod and pencil case. My nico baby bag also accompanies me onboard when I travel and holds my laptop, magazines and a small blanket. The clear plastic zip pocket is home to my cosmetics and lip glosses and I love that I can quickly zip out the lining when I want to use the bag as an overnighter. It is such a funky bag- it always gets comments from friends and family alike."

Zoe Green Office Manager
After enjoying some travelling years in her late 20s, life changed direction for Zoe when she arrived in Australia and met an Aussie country boy at a BBQ in Sydney. This pommie sheila talked him into returning to the UK when her visa ran out, and they survived 7 years working in the City of London together! They got married in Kent and eventually decided to return to Sydney and start a family. Zoe and Bevan are proud parents to their daughter Josie who is approaching her 3rd birthday. Zoe's career in both London and Sydney has predominantly been in Executive Assistant roles within the Investment Banking and Financial Services industries. She has worked in companies such as Macquarie Bank, Coutts Bank, Ernst & Young and Investec Bank. However, following a 2 year absence from the working world to look after Josie, she was very fortunate and excited to have the opportunity to work part-time with Lucie and help build the Il Tutto brand. Zoe has found the creative environment of Il Tutto to be a stark contrast to investment banking! Working around creative people such as Lucie and Clare has been very influential on Zoe and she now finds time in her evenings to indulge in her hobby of patchwork, quilting and dressmaking. She is finishing her 4th quilt at the moment and a birthday dress for Josie is in the pipeline!
Favourite bag: The Chiara in Red and Cream "I'm a big fan of the Chiara nappy bag and I'm lucky enough to have two, one in red for my workbag and one in cream for my toddler bag! Lucie gave me the red Chiara as 'a welcome to Il Tutto gift' when I starting working for the business last July. It still looks immaculate and the leather is butter soft. It fits an amazing amount of files and folders inside and the laptop sits snugly in the laptop liner. It also had a good workout when I travelled to the UK last year and an amazing amount of travel necessities fitted in! It is the perfect office and travel bag! I have been using my cream Chiara since christmas and it has been invaluable when my daughter Josie and I go out and about. I use all the pockets for all our essentials like wipes, nappies, sunscreen, tissues, bibs, cutlery etc. There is always enough room for a big water bottle, change of clothing, lunch box, doll, book (the list goes on!) My favourite is the mum's pouch in the front where I can keep my purse, sunnies, phone and keys separate to Josie's things. Great to be able to access these things quickly when you have a toddler on your hands! I am also a fan of the Bella day bag which I have used nearly every day for trips to the park, playground or in town when you need to be hands-free for your busy toddler! It is large enough to fit your essentials such as a phone, purse, wipes and sunscreen, and small enough to forget you're wearing it when chasing after your little one!"

Gina Brazier UK - Sales Executive
An Australian residing in London, Gina married an Englishman Joe and is mum to two gorgeous boys Jack (2) and Oscar (1). With a background in Marketing and as a make up artist, Gina now is responsible for managing the UK sales of Il Tutto. She is passionate about growing the sales in the UK so all English mums can experience and enjoy the Il Tutto changing bags. Before the arrival of Jack, Gina desperately wanted the Chiara cream and as a lovely surprise, Jack's godfather, delivered it to her door in London! It was not long after this that Gina was happily selling the entire range in the UK.
Favourite Bag: Nico in Navy "If I had to to chose only one, right now it would have to be the Nico in navy (before it was the Chiara in cream!). The Nico navy is 'Hot' - it has a gorgeous subtle colour that works perfectly with my neutral coloured wardrobe! Fashion aside, this bag is the perfect size for two children who require the contents of a small convenience store packed before leaving the door. I use the two large internal pockets to hold nappies and snacks. The two internal side pockets are used for the boys water bottles (great pockets as they help to prevent spillage) and the external side pocket is for my trusted Blackberry and the external zipped pocket hold my keys and lip glosses. I can't not mention the extra large internal capacity that is usually filled with cars, balls, clothing and right now if you can believe it sunscreen!
My other favourite bag is the Olivia which is often found in my Nico as at times I use it as my main wallet and if I am racing out the door for quick trip to the park I can swing this bag over my shoulder knowing it will have some cash, keys and a keycard!"
